Features
- Adjustable head curtain for varying trailer heights
- Extra durable XL-100 Super Fabric curtain
- Inflatable header option provides tight seal without impeding trailer access at the top
- Tight sidewall seal
- Internal retention strap system secures fabric to the inside of the side pad profile minimizing the possibility of pad damage
- Includes roll formed galvanized steel side and head pad backing
- Bottom of side pads reinforced to extend seal life

Components
HEAD PAD
180mm thick x 450mm high with a core of heavy-duty polyurethane foam attached to a plywood packing.
SIDE PAD
180mm thick x 300mm wide with a core of heavy-duty polyurethane foam attached to a plywood backing with eyelets in the base to allow for air and water to escape.
GUIDE STRIPS
Side pads have a 100mm wide yellow guide strip the full length of the side pad to assist reversing vehicles.
ARMOUR PLEATS
Can be fitted to side pads at 100mm intervals to provide protection against moving vehicles. Armour Pleats are fitted with a unique PVC mesh material welded to the back of the Amour Pleat to reduce friction and premature damage this will extend the working life of the seal.
DOOR SEAL MATERIAL
A 700gsm reinforced PVC vinyl in one-piece welded construction enwrapping core.
MOUNTING ANGLES
Galvanised mounting angles are supplied to fit seals to the building improving aesthetics and eliminating corrosion.
