Container Dock Levellers

Container dock levellers have been designed to cater for the overhang problem of shippings containers not being mounted on the very back of trailer beds.

Containers are often located centrally onto a trailer to distribute the load over the axles creating an overhang problem which Container Dock Levellers alleviate by allowing trailer beds to reverse under the dock leveller. Consult Safetech for correct dock height.

Maintained tilt is designed to allow the dock leveller to tilt up to 100mm allowing for cantered vehicles reducing undue damage to lift trucks and prevents premature structural fatigue to the dock leveller.

Powerpack is o 1,5kw oil immersed motor with a 7-litre reservoir fitted with o precision set sequence valve for smooth operation.
