Problem

Murray Goulburn needed a safe and efficient method for unloading and the weighing of product into mixer for processing. OH&S and productivity issues required a better solution than manual handling.

Solution

Safetech designed a 2 tonne scissor lift that was galvanised and supplied with IP56 controls for the wet environment as well as including a turntable on the platform to enable easy rotation of the load. Safetech’s unique Smart Lift Control incorporating up indexing was also supplied.
