The client was looking for an ergonomic solution to the repetitive lifting and lowering of chairs & tables from under stage storage to floor level of a public hall

The Problem:
•  Every chair and table had to be manually lifted before being pushed out through the low profile doors onto floor of hall
•  Constant bending and stretching caused fatigue and strain injuries
•  Helpers were not volunteering for this physical task

Alternatives:
• No obvious alternative

Product Chosen:
Safetech AS1-1200W hydraulic lift table with 2,300 x 1,700mm platform.  To retain the chairs or tables that are slid on from floor of hall we included 500mm high lift out gates on one end and rear side, plus swing gates on one end (customer request).

       -   Easy loading/unloading of chairs/tables to under stage storage area
- The heavy chairs are raised/lowered with press of a button.
- Reduction in fatigue and strain injuries
- 240 volt operation  -  no special power requirements (415 volt is available for higher duty cycle)
