Moving products from one factory to another across a paved car park and up a concrete ramp.

The Problem:

Loads of up to 200kg were being lifted onto a manual trolley, pushed across the car park and unloaded.A trolley that was easy to push, could negotiate uneven surfaces and was capable of lifting and driving 200 kgs plus was required.

The electric scissor lift and power drive on the trolley has made the process quicker and there is now far less chance of strain or injury to the operators.

Alternatives:

Conventional non powered trolleys. - The powered trolley was the best alternative because it combines electric lift with electric drive and eliminates manual effort.
