FILM WRAPPING Our Stretch Wrapping Equipment starts with 2 entry level stretch wrappers - Lo Wrapper manual stretch wrapper and the Easy Wrapper manual stretch wrapper. The manual range is ideal for those wrapping smaller amounts of pallets per day, as they provide ideal entry level performance. Our Lo Wrapper is only 26mm high and allows easy access with a hand pallet truck We also have two Semi Automatic Stretch Wrappers: the Lo Wrapper and Easy Wrapper. Both wrappers are suited for customers wrapping from 10 to 100 pallets per day. TAPE WRAPPINGSafetech provide a unique pallet containment solution that can reduce plastic waste volume by up to 95% with the Stretch Tape Wrapper. The wrapper is available in standalone semiautomatic format or fully automatic system with conveyor infeed and outfeed. The Safetech Stretch Tape machine wraps a palletised load with stretchable tape . Complete load integrity is maintained and the system eliminates the problem of load condensation often found with conventional stretch film wrapping. The best way to reduce waste is to eliminate it at source which is exactly what the use of 3M stretchable tape achieves. Only a handful of tape is needed to achieve complete load stability. Using the Safetech Stretch Tape Wrapper to apply 3M stretchable tape is easy for any pallet configuration. Touch pad controls enable operators to easily select the optimum pattern for each pallet load. Options include the ability to program banding, multiple-x and looping patterns that provide maximum load stability. |
