Double Pallet Dispensers Information:

Safetech Double Pallet Dispensers allow the user to select from two stacks of pallets. Each stack can contain up to 25 pallets which provides 50 pallet storage in a Double Dispenser.

There are two Double Dispenser Models:

Double Hopper

Benefit:

This model enables the operator to select either 1 or 2 pallets at a time

Operation:

The Double Stack Hook Tyne Pallet Dispenser incorporates two separate pallet hoppers, one for each stack.

• Each hopper can raise and lower independently of the other so that a single pallet can be dispensed from either stack. 
• Each hopper incorporates four swing in tynes that engage the cavity beneath the pallet bearer. The tynes raise and lower with the hopper. A barrier incorporated into the pallet hoppers separates the two pallet stacks. This is essential to prevent one stack hanging up on the other when the stacks are raised and lowered separately. This means that when two pallets are simultaneously dispensed, they will be released onto the floor with a gap of approximately 100mm between.        
• The raise and lower functions are operated by hydraulic cylinder and power unit.
• Swing in tynes are operated by pneumatic cylinder which requires shop air.

Single Hopper

Two pallets are dispensed on each occasion.

Operation:

This modified Double Stack Hook Tyne Pallet Dispenser uses a single hopper to accommodate two stacks of pallets.  The hopper raises and lowers to dispense the lower pallet of each stack. 

• Single hopper dispensers cannot dispense a single pallet from one stack only. Two pallets are dispensed each time. Four swing-in air actuated tynes engage the cavity beneath the bearer of each pallet. The tynes raise and lower with the hopper.
